Tema: Zune video sinchronizavimo problema

Gal kažką kartu sugalvosim, nes vienas jau viską išbandžiau, ką sugalvojau ar išsigooglinau. Telefonas Nokia Lumia 800, sinchronizuojamas su Microsoft Zune programa perkelia iš telefono į kompiuterį nuotraukas ir muziką, tačiau telefonu filmuotų video neperkelia. Jie lieka "Not added to collection" sąraše:

Can't sync
An error occurred when connecting to the server. The security information from the server couldn't be validated.

Error code
C00D11E4 (800C000E)

Bandžiau:

1. Zune - Settings - Software - File types (pažymėjau visus "...to play by default");
2. Įtraukiau visus su Zune susijusius EXE į Windows ir AV ugniasienių išimtis;
3. Įdiegti paskutiniai Windows saugos (ir apskritai visi) naujinimai, atnaujintos USB tvarkyklės;
4. Sukūriau naują katalogą vietoj standartinio Zune (Windows) Library katalogo;
5. Variantas su registro redagavimu, kai telefonas atvaizduojamas "My Computer" lange netinka, nes nepatogus vartotojui.

Jau išsisprendžiau šią problemą Error code C00D11E4 (800C000E), nors šiaip žiauru, kad pilnas googlas "nulinkusių" Microsoft Support linkų, o veikiantys tik ratais vedžioja.

Sprendimas, jei nesinchronizuoja video:

• Click Start , and then click All Programs.
• Click Accessories, and then click Run.
• Type regedit, and then click OK. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
• In the navigation pane, locate and then click the following registry subkey:
  HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.mp4
• In the right-hand pane, double-click (Default).
• In the Value data box, enter mp4file and then click OK.
• Exit Registry Editor.
• Try to sync a video taken with the phone.

Jei jei nesinchronizuoja nuotraukų:

• Click Start , and then click All Programs.
