The recipient can be anyone using a compatible handset, anywhere in the world. The sender can compose the SMS on any compatible operatos handset, supporting SMS.
Send the message to 8243. The recipient will receive the flash SMS on his screen. The flash SMS will appear directly on the recipients screen, and not in the 'Inbox'.
